Summary
Cameron is shocked to learn that after washing out from the air force academy, his type A best friend Ray turned to pills to fight off his racing thoughts.
Now he was being sent to a scared straight program run by ex Marines in Texas, and was scared to do it alone. Cameron had nothing going on, and with another move in his mothers plans, he decided this could be an adventure- maybe he could even grow a spine out of it. After all he was 18 and had no real life experience- he needed to get out more. Needed to grow up.
With the discovery of his affair in Guam on the horizon, Liam Robert Sullivan made the decision to not reenlist. The separation was hard, he couldn't adjust to civilian life and his VA advisor recommended he take some time working with former DI's down in Texas, a step out of the Marines, but where he could still use the structure to wean himself off. Come down stable as he tries to figure out how to rebuild a life. It's a perfect plan, until it isn't.

Summary
A story about loss, and war, and growing up, but mainly - a story about love. A story that is as old as the world itself; under all that blood, dirt, and gore is the same little boy who simply wants to be wanted. A story about how, when you let it go, chaos ensues, but also - maybe - you learn something about yourself and gain friends along the way. And who can forget all the sexual innuendo; we're in the military, are we not?

Summary
Picks up from Sullivan's point of view immediately after he left Cope and Jones to walk back through the swamp to the road.
Liam Robert Sullivan has been a man with a mission and a plan since he was eighteen years old. He hadn't prepared for the arrival of NCIS, he hadn't prepared for the news that Aaron had been arrested, for the bar fight, for Ochoa's death. He hadn't really prepared for what he'd do after he watched Cope and Jones leave to go to the road.
Also follows Cope and the rest of Platoon 2032 from the immediate aftermath - and they're sure as hell not prepared for the announcement that the US is sending troops to Saudi Arabia.

Summary
The Joint Integration Boot Camp brought together the best — Marines, Navy, Space Force, Air Force — and expected them to act as one.
Slovacek thought he’d seen every kind of recruit until Elsie Lane walked in: a helicopter pilot trainee with too much talent, too much sarcasm, and an unnerving ability to make him forget the mission. She flies like chaos. He moves like order.
And somewhere between the drills, the desert heat, and the endless simulations, something real starts to take off.

Summary
Six years after joining the US Marine Corps, Cope has built a life around discipline, duty and silence. Once a combat Marine, Cope becomes a Drill Instructor to move closer to his best friend's family. He has become everything the Corps expects of him: unyielding, efficient, untouchable. But behind the composure lies a broken man, weighed down by the ghosts of his past and the secrets he keeps.
He's survived combat, he's buried friends, he's been broken down into pieces and put back together, each time a new piece missing. He mourns the life that is, and the life that could have been. He mourns the blue eyes that haunt his dreams, the strong arms that provide a safe haven in the deepest corners of his mind. He trains, sleeps, eats on autopilot, keeping his mold from cracking by gluing it together every night. He is fiercely loyal to his brothers in arms, a pillar when someone needs a place to rest.
And, through it all, there is of course, Liam.

Summary
It's only Day One of boot camp and Cameron already wants to quit. The tasks are hard, the drill instructors mean, and he wouldn't give the food to a starving dog. But the cherry on top, the absolute crowning glory, is when he accidentally witnesses something he shouldn't have and falls just a tiny bit in love.

Summary
On the confidence course in 1990, Sergeant Sullivan told recruit Cope that there were no faggots in his Marine Corps. They both knew it was a lie, but that hadn't stopped it from becoming Cam's mantra since then. Even as it became clear that no Marine Corps that included Sullivan was without homosexuals. Even as Sullivan threw his life away
No faggots in the Marine Corps meant that Cam had to keep his shit locked down, just like Sullivan had told him to. So that's what he's done. Things got a bit easier in 1993 when "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" passed and the military stopped actively hunting the homosexuals in the ranks. Cam stopped pretending to be interested in dating women and settled quietly into government sanctioned, self imposed celibacy.
Now it's 2011, and with the repeal of "Don't Ask Don't Tell" Cam finds himself a 38 year old virgin on a boys trip to Vegas, and for the first time facing the prospect of having sex without needing to fear being found out, and two marine buddies determined to get him laid.

Summary
"The stale air of the courtroom felt suffocating to Liam. This wasn't a pleasant place, Liam thought, slightly sardonically. Let alone when you're the one on trial, over some bogus, antiquated rule in the UCMJ. He had never felt so under siege, like everything around him would crumble and collapse."
Or: Sergeant Sullivan is court-martialled and put on trial for being gay, shortly after the events of Season 1. Set in an alternate universe where he *doesn't* smash a guy's head in with a glass.

He’s a fucking Marine now.
Cameron and Sullivan meet again, fourteen years later.

Update: updated bio, and it is now a WIP
Property of USMC, Liam Robert Sullivan has little say in what he does and where he does it, whether he lives or dies and on what terms. A man of action, he needs to learn that words matter just as much, if not more, and if only he'd ask, Cameron Cope would gladly kiss him again.
Basically, Dasman Palace, but make it about Sullivan.
