As much as Chip loved being newly friends with Leaf, he really enjoyed being able to see Marigold so often. She was a couple years older than him, newly 15 years old, while Chip was about to turn 13. She had long wavy ginger hair that glowed in the sun and a smile that could brighten anyone’s day… according to Chip anyways.
But is that really what Chip liked about her? Are some of those traits found in Leaf? Will Chip ever stand up to his parents and their idealized version of him?

Sonic, Sonia, & Manic are turning 16! But Sonic never gets to enjoy it, unlike his siblings. Betrayals, Sabotage, Emergencies, Attacks, Etc. Because of it all, Sonic is starting to Hate and Dread his birthday, believing it's cursed.
Sonia & Manic make a plan so that Sonic can finally enjoy their birthday. They are inviting ALL of Sonic's friends. They know some but not all. But with some digging and reading Sonic's diary, which luckily had all the names of Sonic's friends he’d made over the years, they knew who to invite and where Sonic's friends could be found. Even though not everyone knows who Sonia & Manic are, they do know Sonic and want to make the day special for him. Sonic has done so much and more for everyone he has ever met. And if they can help Sonic celebrate and finally enjoy his birthday then they will gladly help.
Everything seems to be going well at first, but when someone from the future with the intentions to take Sonic to the future and no intention of bringing him back appears, Sonia, Manic and everyone else try to keep them away and Sonic unaware of it all.

I liked the original and I originally liked the Live Action but upon rewatch, I wasn't satisfied with the story. I'm writing this to explore how the changes they made created a less cohesive story. Everything is wrong with the Beauty and the Beast Live Action remake. The movie does a cheap job of justifying its own existence. This is a movie made to fix surface level complaints about the original movie. These changes were not only unnecessary but fundamentally ruin their characters, the arcs, and their motivations. The creators added new songs, character traits, and scenes that were intended to improve upon the original but intend create larger problems.

Speaking of, Leaf was changing. He knew High School was going to be a challenge, so he decided to drop the act. Finally start acting smart. But acting gets tiring after a while, and you can never really abandon who you are.

After finishing production on his film, and in the middle of Christmas break, Cory is fed up with everything: faking smiles for his colleagues who hate him and whisper behind his back while he works at the new UBN studio, answering street interviews about his mother’s involvement in Wolf River, actively monitoring the word “Dumont” in the news for information about Celine, dodging Alex’s not-so-subtle attempts at conversation to give him information about Bradley’s recovery and convince him to visit her. He’s had enough; So, the day before Christmas Eve, Cory makes an impulsive decision packs his suitcase, grabs his passport, and heads to the airport, takes the first flight out and flies to a small tropical island where he doesn’t have to think about the hustle and bustle of New York, or his friends pityingly inviting him to their homes because he’s going to spend Christmas alone, or his dead mother, or his runaway exgirlfriend , or his old and most complicated love. So the premise of a tropical Christmas vacation can help him escape for a moment from the nightmare that is at his life now.
Unfortunately, nothing goes as planned, and he’s stuck sharing a hellish Christmas holiday with the most unexpected person. -
