This series picks up after Deborah leaves late-night. Bob Lipka gives her an ultimatum. “Ava is out or the show is over.” Deborah exposes Bob during her last LIVE late-night show. “I am being forced to fire someone I love who has done nothing wrong. Just to make shareholders happy. Where is the line?” A line that never existed for Deborah until Ava. “Well, for me it’s right here, right now.” Deborah heads back to Vegas, Ava stays in L.A. Ava returns for a vacation in Hawaii with Deborah that turns into a residency in Singapore. Ava watches the woman she loves spiral out of control. Deborah is in a drunk haze running from reality and making decisions out of fear.

Through some digging she discovers that Ava has a side hustle that makes her question everything she had ever thought about Ava, and her own sexuality.
This is an Alternate Universe where I pluck random canon events that I just absolutely adore into a fresh new world.
