To begin, this is a translated book. The original author name is 这海军能处，白胡子他真敢杀, and he published this book on Fanquie, a Chinese website. While reading this book in Vietnamese, I found it's interesting, and it has a good quality. I decided to translate it so people who also liked One Piece can enjoy it.
P.S. The author finished this book in 2023, and as you may know, there are a lot of changes in One Piece alone, from its lore, etc. However, if you are really interested and understood One Piece, there is no trouble to comprehend.

His abilities were impossibly strong, so much so he needed limiting devices to poke into his head to keep them in check. He had tried to get rid of those powers, but the attempt was unsuccessful, and they appeared to reawaken when the news broke about the meteorite. He took off to destroy it and save the world…
and it had destroyed him.
Saiki dies when he stops the meteorite, and the world descends into chaos at the revelation of psychics. His friends struggle to deal with the loss, some more than others.
One boy, who's managed to escape the madness despite possessing abilities of his own, thinks he has a way to bring Saiki back…

Toritsuka Reita has always been severely depressed. However ever since the... Kusuke incident, he's been getting worse. Saiki has begun to take notice of this strange behavior when Toritsuka doesn't show up to school for nearly four weeks. Meanwhile, mysterious, violent earthquakes are shaking nearly all of the Greater Tokyo Area. And they all seem to last at least the same amount of time as Toritsuka has his panic attacks. As Saiki struggles balancing these new earthquakes and mysterious phenomena happening, he also has to juggle Toritsuka's sudden behavior change. Little does he know, the two events might be more close in relation than he thought.
