Summary
Roses; a flower known for its symbolism of beauty and passion, the color is often striking and can often be seen from far distances. Different colors held different meanings, but the symbolism usually remained— it was to express a specific longing for someone, whether that be platonic or romantic, it was up to the gifter’s interpretation.
Its structure was unique compared to other flowers, they grow in shrubs and hedges, both found in the wild and cultivated, which was fairly normal. But what made it unique was that it had sharp thorns— more commonly known as prickles— but even if it was smaller in size, it was larger in numbers and getting stuck in a rose bush was definitely unideal. Its defense mechanism against potential enemies was aggressive, a desperate attempt at defending itself from any predators, wanting so badly to thrive and bloom until it was time for it to wither away, forgotten by most.
The deep red was akin to the blood he shed each battle, whether it was his or not. The blood that had been shed reminded Stormz of the similarities that they both had in this server, their morals were aligned and their fate entwined in a way that both of them can’t explain.

Nezo silently celebrated in silence as he found a twelve diamond vein, proud of his achievement. He stuffed the diamonds in his pockets, careful as to not scratch his brand new gem in the process. He had around two stacks of diamonds already and he had only been mining for around thirty minutes, it felt as if he had hit the jackpot.
He continued on his mining trip, almost missing the buzz of his communicator. He fumbled for it in the dark, the stripmine was definitely not the best place to chat with your friends considering how cramped and tight a one by one block hole can get. He eventually got it out, the glow of the device felt blinding as he read the messages.
“need help,”
That and a set of coordinates were the only messages he got from Mugm, which was weird.

At first Wemmbu doesn't notice how long his invis is lasting.
He continues to splash it every 7 minutes and 50 seconds, just in case. But at the times he forgets and loses track of time, he starts to get confused.
How long has it been? Surely it's been more than eight minutes.
At some point, it becomes concerning. Wemmbu starts to worry that the next potion will never wear off.
When it's finally time to reveal his identity, when he can't hide any longer and they already know, he takes off the voice changer and sips from a bucket of milk.
He stays invisible.

He raised his arm. The guards turned to them and soon one elbowed his way towards them.
"Magic, potions?"
"We have basics," Wilbur lied. They had basic herb knowledge but nowhere near to call themselves alchemists. "Healing salve for sure."

Seawatt nods, pursuing his lips in thought around his glass. "What about you?" he asks, motioning his drink in the general direction of his Champion, who tilts his head in confusion.
"What about me?"
"C'mon, don't hold out on me. You're our Champion, surely you've been in some competitions yourself?"
For reasons Seawatt can't quite discern, he blinks at him, seemingly confused at the sudden shift in topic. After a moment, he shakes his head.
"No, no- believe it or not, but the Arena wasn't exactly my type of scene then, my brother was much more interested in battles then I was at the time. Hey, did I ever tell you the time they-"
Seawatt's fork twirls around his plate, picking around a piece of what he believes to be some sort of garnish. He glances up, watching him talk animatedly about his brother of all things.
Would the Champion look like that, when he talks about Seawatt?
If ever asked, he'll deny the pang of his heart that the question brings until he's dead.
Or: Seawatt and the Evil Champion on one of their dinner dates, before everything goes awry.

He doesn’t know how long it’s been since he was trapped in the hollow. He lost track of time what felt like seasons ago, unable to see the sun rise and fall to ascertain the passing of time.
The webs by the front of his captors home were too thick to see through, so different from the gossamer threads woven along the floors and walls.
He couldn’t even get to the entry without alerting one of them, the low light working against him and forcing him to stumble where he otherwise wouldn’t. They toyed with him over it. Letting him get so, so close, just enough to see the barest threads of light and foliage through the webs, and then he’d pass right through one.
It would cling to his face, make him sputter and stumble back into even more while they made their way towards him, far too fast on their eight legs.
