The Gotham City Police Department Commissioner Jim Gordon meets lead by Chamberlain Department Commissioner Stewart Murphy and Sheriff Otis Doyle to capture the gangs for his part in the Chamberlain destruction but the Joker with Chris Hargensen and her friends in their plan to turn The Dark Knight with Carrie White.

Gotham–a hell-like, dark and gothic, shithole city in the state of New Jersey. Smog and dirt made her ominous and creepily mysterious; it lacked the vibrant atmosphere, not a balance to keep her in place.
It is home to the most wretched and damned beings she has ever nurtured from the beginning of time, including the cruel, greedy, apathetic bunch hiding in the shadows. These forlorn bastards thought of their own sadistic ways to thrive; they prey on the naive and innocent, those too young to understand better, and made it their way of living.
It was an opposite to Metropolis, which was so bright and full of life, where the sun never seemed to ever part from his presence.
Gotham is a cruel mother to her ruthless children, but that doesn’t mean she’s not fair. She may be ignorant to their cries, but she loves them all equally, it’s just, she likes to play life and death with them…

Gotham's dark gloomy sky perfectly represented the feeling of every night the Waynes and other affluent families would have as they gaze into the streets, not a bright shining star to be seen, just some visible sitting there from far away watching as chaos unfolded beneath with a few strays shooting from above. It perfectly represented the unrelenting clash of classes that was apparent in a divided Gotham City that was slowly falling further into darkness as no one dared to help

Summary
Did Tim Drake-Wayne attempt to clone his best friend after he died? Yes.
Did he try to clone him 99 times? Yep.
Did he ever try for the big 100? No.
Then why...well to consequences of Tim's actions seem to be rapidly catching up with him in the worst way possible. With no way to get off this ride (i.e. his life) and no bandwith to tell his friends and family about the sticky situation he's gotten himself wrapped up in, he decides to say fuck it and plans to become a dad at age seventeen to a baby he hadn't planned on actually having.
Well, at least it gives him time to brood over telling his family about what happened on his Brucequest and hide away so he doesn't accidentally tell his best friend he's in love with him.
At least, that's the plan.

Six months since he had lost everything. After all that struggle to save everyone and everything, he ended up with a big empty house and a “best friend” who refused to talk to him. He couldn't handle it anymore.But when a new threat comes to Gotham, Bruce has to push all of that aside to not get drowned by the guilt swallowing him while this new costumed freak terrorizes his city.

John is trying to get used to his new life on the outside, but when a new agent of chaos comes a knocking John must take up the purple tux once more and try to figure out this hero thing one last time to hopefully prove to everyone (and himself) that he is more than just the mistakes he made.
