That is, until a shift at his second job—a grimy, warm-lit bar owned by Quackity—puts him face to face with three strangers who feel far too kind for this world.

Techno swallows. Fourteen. He can deal with this. “Fourteen,” he repeats. Tommy nods slowly, grip still harsh on his stake. “That’s still too young to be bitten.”
Tommy lowers the stake slightly—he lets out a sad, wet chuckle. “Like I had a choice,” he says. “Nobody does.”
Techno is a vampire. Tommy is a vampire hunter who just so happens to also be a vampire.

“Ew, what the fuck?” His voice sounds disgusted, furiously rubbing at his mouth. “Your blood tastes awful. What the actual fuck?”
Wilbur Soot gets stood up by his date at the bar. He figures that the bartender could help him cure his loneliness for the night. This is not the porno you think it is.

When he finds Wilbur, everything will be alright.
