Moving out of their homes and into the UA dorms had brought the class closer together than ever before. Sure, they all had bonded quickly over their shared trauma of the USJ, but living together brought them closer in different ways.
They learned about their classmates much faster than they would have living apart. It was in the little things their classmates did on a daily basis, like how Iida drank orange juice every morning to fuel his engines, Tokoyami shed his feathers and turned them into windcatchers, and how Uraraka wore mittens to bed so she wouldn’t float in her sleep.

Izuku liked to think he had a nice smile. He had worked on mastering it for years. Crinkling the corners of his eyes and showing just enough teeth to put a person at ease and to brighten up a room.
It was honestly absurd how much he could hide with just a smile. He’d learned at an early age that people didn’t look past the outside gleaming smiles he gave. Not even his own mother.
