Summary

Summary
No one will tell you how hard it is to pretend you’re not crazy. Smiling at every customer one by one like there isn’t a demon hanging onto their back or a strange shadow dogging their footsteps—it’s hard work. I can’t help but be jealous of their ignorance. I wish I didn’t see the monster that follows me either.
I’ve accepted that I’m insane. There are no monsters. There isn’t a pale, long-armed thing with hollowed out eye sockets that follows me everywhere I go. The dozens and dozens of plants I keep in my rooms don’t keep anything away. There’s no reason to be scared. And the tired business man that comes into my bakery everyday definitely doesn’t see them too.

Summary

After the first time he taught her how to drive, he went to adjust the mirrors back to normal, but noticed that the one on the passenger side was perfectly angled at her face. Hakari didn’t change it back.
He liked seeing her when he drove, even if it impaired his field of view to a small degree. He liked when the streetlights illuminated her starry eyes. He liked catching her smiling when she thought no one was looking. He liked watching her laugh at his shitty jokes.

With his family dead, he has resigned himself to the same fate; only to end up living with a small human child who still has a dream of his own.

Summary
The Storyteller program was only active for a year. They got rid of it when all it seemed to do was throw up security errors. They didn’t realize that it worked.
Perhaps a little too well.
The program itself may be gone, but the network behind it isn’t. There isn’t a single thing that happened in the Pizzaplex that isn’t recorded there—concerningly, there are even things that happened nowhere near it. What is it collecting this information for? Is there someone controlling it? How do we stop it?
Can it be stopped?
Maybe the answer lies within the stories themselves. There has to be a purpose to these logs…OR
