Sungchan was seething with rage—frustration didn't even come close. He flipped through a stack of papers, each sheet exposing the treachery of his father's most trusted right-hand man, Song Eunseok.
"I could walk to that drawer right now, pull out my gun, and blow a hole through that pretty little head of yours."
Sungchan leaned in, his lips dangerously close to Eunseok's ear, his breath hot against the shell as he whispered the next words, slow and deliberate."But that would be such a waste of a beautiful face, wouldn't it?"

Before he could think, his hand reached out, palm closing over Eunseok’s, and bringing the glass with both of their hands to his mouth, his lips brushed against Eunseok’s thumb as he downed it in one shot.
