Summary
Alastor on deaths door starts to question the what ifs of his situation. From the battle against Adam to the Vengeance that is running through his mind within the final moments. This story would be taking place after the battle of episode eight and starting up at the beginning again though with certain differences. Such as our deal maker making a deal with Himself really too gain the power necessary to reach his final goal. Possibly “sharing” some secrets with a certain fallen angel.

"he decided that he was done, that Keith would be gone long enough for Lance to get over it, to go back to Keith being someone he tolerates, not someone he longs for.

And the person that had stepped off of that ship might as well have been a stranger. There was no reckless abandon, no challenge in his tone, no small smiles, no little nicknames between them anymore.
Keith was different, and it made him many things, upset, confused, but mostly angry."They were stuck, floating through space yet Lance can only focus on how distant Keith is now. Insults are said and feelings are hurt (but not for too long) as Lance navigates his desperately repressed feelings for Keith in space, in battle, and alone in a control room.

“Careful, these patches are everywhere.” Keith glares at the ground.
Lance’s heart is hammering, mouth clammy as his fingers try not to tremble at the soft touch. Keith’s arm around him makes him feel safe and warm. Lance doesn’t try to say anything, hopes the cold hides his blushing cheeks as he leans a bit into Keith’s side.
Lance can only utter a quiet, “Thank you.”
“Here,” Keith says, “Take my arm.”

Summary
Stranded on the planet Surtur, Keith rescues Lance from Galra's hold on impulse, going against Shiro and Allura's orders and hijacking the Black Lion. With the Galran ship only yards in front of him, he jumps into the wormhole with his Lion and sets off to save Lance, but when the Galra ship shoots down the Black Lion, he ends up stranded on the planet with Lance. The Planet is slowly deteriorating, meaning that they won't survive much longer if they don't find a way out, so they set aside their differences to work together, that's until they realize there isn't much difference in the first place.
"Keith," Lance calls, glancing over at the other, who was seated across the campfire, "Why did you come save me?" Keith's eyes waver suddenly, hands clenching the gray sand from the planet's surface. "T-The others were worried about you." He stutters, purple eyes avoiding eye contact with Lance. The brunet smiled half-heartedly, rubbing his knees with his palms. "Oh, yeah. Stupid question."
