Summary
Freedom was supposed to fix everything.
The nightmares. The anger. The feeling that reality might disappear if she looked away for too long.
Instead, Christine is stuck in a tiny apartment, working a normal job, and discovering that surviving something doesn't mean you know how to live afterward.
Felix, meanwhile, seems perfectly fine.
He laughs too much. Jokes too often. Acts like the circus is just another bad memory they can leave behind.
Christine hates him for it.
Then one drunken night forces them into the same space for longer than either of them can tolerate, and old resentments start turning into dangerous conversations.
Because the worst part of escaping isn't what they lost.
It's realizing they're the only people who truly understand what happened.
One terrible night changes absolutely nothing.
Or maybe it changes everything.
(not apart of elsewhere au- just a different darker vibe for fun! felix is jax, christine is pomni, and cathy is ragatha :) )

Summary
"Mm, feisty—" Bakugo licked his lips. "What happened to the nice, dorky man I met last time?"
Izuku's glare darkened, bitterness cutting through his words, "that was before I found out you slept with my girl."
Bakugo laughed, rolling his head back like he had heard the joke of the century—Izuku wanted to punch the shit out of him.
"Touche." Vermillion eyes stared right at him after calming down from his laughter. "Ex girl, I hope."
Or: After Ochako cheats on Izuku with Bakugo for the second time... Izuku starts to grow curious as to what exactly Bakugo has that he doesn't.
