Summary
Shouto adjusts his body temperature and looks around, frowning when he realizes he has no idea which car—or person—he’s supposed to be looking for. Shouto takes two steps toward the street and freezes when he sees who’s waiting for him. His heart stops; his breath catches in his throat; the whole world stops spinning.
Crimson eyes watch him. Scarlet red—the color he’d tried so hard to forget.
“Katsuki,” he whispers, and the smile that spreads across the blond’s face makes his world spin three times faster, his heart tumbling and flipping in his chest. Before he even realizes it, Shouto’s feet are already sprinting toward Katsuki, suitcase and backpack abandoned in favor of reaching him as fast as possible. Katsuki opens his arms, and Shouto doesn’t hesitate to crash into him, hugging him so tightly Katsuki grunts against his ear.
“Welcome home, princess,” Katsuki murmurs against his ear. Shouto buries himself deeper in his arms, pressing his face into Katsuki’s neck. God, he’d missed this.

Shouto returns to Japan after living in North America for nearly 3 years, finally ready to face everything he left behind. Katsuki welcomes him with open arms.

“I thought I was going to be alone out here?”
“You’re never alone in these woods, I had to cover your area until you arrived,” Shouto says, sounding amused through the intercom.
Okay. What a fucking weird way to welcome someone new to the job, Katsuki sure feels at home right now. More silence stretches on. Shouto doesn’t say anything else but Katsuki can hear the static noise and knows Shouto is still there.
“That’s it? You called to ask about my freaking name?” What a weirdo; he could’ve stalked Katsuki’s file like a normal person would.
Shouto hums, sounding unwilling to give any further explanation. Instead he replies with another question, “So what brings you here? Stranded in the middle of nowhere?”

Summary
Shouto has a very deep admiration for his boyfriend and his work. He also happens to have no shame and way too much free time (Katsuki's words) to show that much and WILL go out of his way to make sure everyone knows it.

Summary
He’s sitting on the floor of the kitchen, knees tucked into himself and his arms tightly held around them, as he listens to the ring. He breathes a sigh at the sound, grateful that not everything’s been ruined for him.
He sits, in the quiet of the eerily silent morning, much too dark for it to even be considered morning, as the phone rings once, twice, thrice, counting each round.
… four… five… six… seven…
Before the call ends up being sent to voicemail, he hears it click.
Immediately, he asks, voice small and hopeful, “Shouto?”
“Who the fuck is this?” The voice on the other end demands, and. This isn’t Shouto. The voice is more masculine, clipped, and a touch irritated, albeit smooth in its delivery. It feels as if he’s one misstep from being hung up on.
Or; A desperate Touya tries to get in contact with his youngest brother, Shouto. Instead, someone else picks up the phone.
