Summary
Monsters get reborn after death. Reborn monsters don't remember their past memories. They either turn into a demon or an angel based on their psychological state. The more pure the monster, the more holy they are. Same thing for the other one. When they have more darkness and pain the monster has before death, they have more power as demons and their tails are longer. An angel and demon being together meant that the demon is tricking and manipulating the angel.
Papyrus became an angel after being sliced by the human, and Sans turned into a demon for his soul was full of anger, hate, vengeance, and regret.
Being reborn usually meant complete loss of memories. But Sans can remember everything. Clearly. He can remember his beloved brother, his "unique" spagetti, the horrible torture experiments by the doctor... EVERYTHING.
So what happens if Sans meets with his brother once again? Will he do his unspoken job? Or will he silently watch and protect his sweet little angel?
Try finding that out yourself.

Summary
TLDR; BadEnding!Sunny goes to OMARI Alternate Universe
After SUNNY jumps off the roof of the hospital building, he wakes up back in the past on the day of the incident. Not wanting to repeat the same mistake he did last time, he manages to save MARI and change everything, going into a coma for six years. MARI blames herself and becomes a reclusive shut-in with her own mental trauma of the event. Eventually, SUNNY wakes up to find himself in a different reality than the one he's familiar with, and will have to deal with a sister who's still alive but dealing with her own guilt and suffering from the incident that ruined both of their lives.
Friends are similar, with minor differences. BASIL seems much healthier in this reality, but is he really?
Once everything is over, will SUNNY find the strength to forgive himself for the sins he committed in the previous reality.

As Beatrice took a tighter hold of his leg, sobbing into his calf and pleading incoherently, he pulled a knife out of his jacket silently. I can't let her see it, she'll heal me, I need to die as quickly as possible. Subaru raised the knife to his ear, shaking slightly as his spirit continued emotionally praying at his feet for his continued life. It's okay Beako, I'll come back to save everyone. You won't have to look like this ever again. His hand steadied, as he plunged the knife as deep as it would go into his ear. His knees buckled as his consciousness vanished and he crumpled to the floor with his spirit. Wow… So fast… He thought weakly as he tumbled through the air, time slowing down to allow him his last thoughts.
Subaru Natsuki was dead before he hit the ground.
CH 11 Lmao, I just realized that Subaru didn't know that they knew. Its been so long. Anyways, he knows that they know he has RBD now and fell unconscious.

And then, as everyone ruminated over these words, Zhuzhi-lang paused and held up the book, showcasing a illustration. They all turned their laser-focused eyes on him.
They looked at the picture and felt themselves going still.
All around, everyone’s faces had petrified into a canvas of frozen shock.
Because there, on the pages of Scum Villains Self Saving System, was a drawing of their beloved and esteemed martial brother.
