Martyn took a deep breath as he walked out the forestry and into the open, just in front of large wooden walls that separate a desolated and cursed town from the rest of the world, where he will find loss, grief and connections he’ll bring with himself his entire life.
The story may be familiar, but one character has changed. The young warrior is lying about his past, but this time his reason is incredibly different. This time, he carries with him and hides the pain of a thousand lives, of long grief and of suffering.
And he won’t be able to lie to the end.Or, MultiverseTraveller!Martyn (inspired by but not exactly like his VTuber lore) is the one who goes to Oakhurst. This changes everything, but makes him suffer just as much.

Impulse and Skizz wanted to go big in the Ghost Hunting business. But in order to get enough recognition to join the Ghost Huntin' Distribution Network, where the actual money was (and survive the challenges of ghost hunting) they needed some competent helpers.
Enter Grian and Scar, lured in with the promise of money, a place to stay and free coffee. They didn’t necessarily fit the description of “competent”, but they sure were there to do the job.

Grian spent 3 years with the Watchers, letting them strip away his humanity. It was successful, for the most part, but he kept his humanity. And he chose to run.
Now, he has to find his way around an unfamiliar world with rules completely foreign to him.
He almost gets arrested during his first few minutes in the new city, but a certain Resistance group help him.
And Grian can't help but get caught up in their business.Note: This takes place the earliest chronologically in the series, while part 1 takes place the latest chronologically
