Peter had spent months designing and building their device for the competition, but he never expected for Flash to claim the design was all his. As everyone flocked to Flash, praising him and even investors reaching out, Peter didn't think things could get any worse. The winning team receives a field trip to Stark Industries and with Flash bragging at every turn about how he invented ARES, Peter felt like his heart was being ripped from his chest. He had no idea that Tony was watching or that Tony had a plan on how to deal with not only Flash but the school that continuously failed his kid.

But Jason needed something quiet. Something to keep him busy. It was somewhat soothing to twist and turn the delicate flower stems into pretty floral bouquets. And the heady rush of fresh flowers masked that gritty musk—a combination of pollution and despair, he was sure, —that lingered over Crime Alley.
And sue him, he was good at it.---
Jason runs a flower shop to watch over Damian, while Dick and Tim are just curious about who keeps giving Damian all these bouquets.

Summary
Rogers had this great idea to bring together the Avengers and some of their regular “consultants” (namely Stephen and Peter) for a weekend of team bonding. Apparently, they were supposed to spend their time out in the woods, learning more about each other and building trust. Or some bullshit like that.
Stephen was actually not completely against the idea until Rogers added the caveat that there was to be no usage of weapons, suits, or most importantly, powers.
Everyone readily agreed, leaving Stephen greatly outnumbered. But, he figured not too many people had to use their powers or tech just to function most days.
OR
Stephen struggles to keep his chronic pain a secret on a team bonding trip with no magic allowed.
