Summary
In the summer before his fifth year at Hogwarts, Harry is drawn to a room in Grimmauld Place. Like the Gryffindor he is, he enters the room without fear. The room is a library, and Harry is surprised to find that he’s eager to learn.
Then he gets the bad news: he’s been accidentally expelled from Hogwarts, and he needs to be sorted again. Everyone is confident that he’ll go straight back to Gryffindor, but with what he's been learning, Harry’s not so sure.

He couldn’t breathe. He couldn’t breathe— Izuku’s heart twisted with animalistic terror. His insides were burning, twisting, tearing. He couldn’t breathe, he was going to die—
And then— Sweet, blessed air. A gasp, then coughing. Izuku couldn't breathe well, but he could breathe. He coughed, coughed and coughed until, finally, he hacked up a glob of blood and spittle into the dirt. But… That wasn’t all Izuku coughed up…
Laying there in the dirt, shiny with spit and blood, was a flower petal.

Summary
Izuku didn't know what he was doing when he took his hand. When he said yes. All he knew was that he was going to be a hero, no matter what anyone had said. He was going to help people.
But then it all turned out to be a lie. The one person he thought he could trust a villain that wanted to use him to kill in his stead. He thought he was going to do good, in the end all he was made for was tearing apart the lives of villains, civilians and heroes alike, and there was nothing he could do to stop it.
So when he sees his chance, he takes it. And he runs as far and as fast as he could. Every chance for a future shattered by his own choices, and no chance for rest in a constant race against time.
Izuku thought he was going to be a hero.
Instead he became nothing more than a homeless kid running blind from everything he knew, just trying to do some good and hoping it might be enough to make up for every time he'd failed.
And then something changes, when a certain underground hero takes on his case.
