Sonic is a byproduct of Project Light, a series of experiments to see if Dark Gaia's powers could be used for good. This makes him an Avatar of Dark Gaia.
Knuckles is the last of his kind, and he tracks down (and often steals) all artifacts that once belonged to Angel Island. He was chosen by Khaos, the primordial god in the Master Emerald, and has thus become an avatar.
Amy was spared from her people's genocide only because of the magic she possesses. After years of being broken down by the Metarex, she's breaking free to become a real person again and to reclaim the power given to her for being Solaris' avatar.Series

Summary
When a strange fog swallows up Torrance, Robert Robertson the Third is left alone. As he faces the lurking demons and the vast paranoia, he will discover much more about his past and future. His path aligns with one of two routes:
Red Route - "The gods are beholden to man, for it is he who creates and shapes and destroys them."
Blue Route - "The heavens move; the earth follows. The heavens speak; the earth listens. The heavens command; the earth obeys."These two routes each have their own challenges for Robert. They will also feature different characters from the Dispatch cast, including the Z-Team. At the end of each route, Robert will face a final boss—one of the two forces vying for his loyalty. Both routes, however, are destined to be bad endings, but the story won't stop there. After achieving one of the endings, the story will be rewound to the beginning with a chance to see a new route:

Summary
Five years after they were stuck together, things are good for Robert and Chad. They are in a happy relationship, finally engaged after all this time. They have a daughter who they love very much despite how she came into their lives. They have friends and family who are rooting for them. Everything is perfect.
Until the inverse of the curse hits them. Instead of needing to constantly be near each other lest they feel pain, they can't be around their daughter without feeling that pain. The three of them promise to figure it out, especially before the wedding happens.
But when things go from bad to worse for Skye, she'll prove that she's exactly like her fathers.

Summary
Mecha Man Blue was a superhero for fifteen years. In that time, he's met all sorts of people, from notorious villains to heroes of great renown, from celebrities of all kinds to the people who run the show behind the scenes. Individuals and organizations, human and not, morally good and evil and neither option.
More importantly than who they are is the fact that many have become indebted to him through some means or another. Robert never considered using those debts, but that was only when it came to himself. Now that he has the Z-Team and everyone else at SDN, Robert is more than willing to finally cash in a few favors to make sure that the people he cares about most are safe and well-protected.

Flambae's father, Faizan, wakes up in his past body. While some people would think having to relive years of their life would be a terrible fate, Faizan finds opportunity instead. He can protect his son, for one, and keep him from going to prison. He can also find his future son-in-law, Robert, and help set him on a better path. And, well, if he's going to help those two, he needs to get their respective best friends, Prism and Coupé, too. He might as well get Waterboy and Punch Up at that point, and then he can't just not get the rest of the team. He wants all his children to be happy, after all. What father wouldn't?

He's being kept alive because he's the only one who knows how to weave the fate of the kingdom with the starlight, but once Shroud's daughter, Mandy, learns this skill, Robert will be killed. He's stopped caring about that...
...at least until a courtesan appears in his room to tell him about a rebellion started in his name. It takes time, but soon the rebellion convinces Robert not just to live, but to take back his throne.

After a fight with a dangerous villain, Robert is accidentally given Flambae's powers over fire. This leaves Flambae without any powers at all. Until they can undo this, they're stuck learning what it's like to be a metahuman and a normie, respectively. This gives them a greater understanding of each other, and this is how they fall in love.
