Ever since last week, however, Baku had begun to fall behind during their 1v1s. And during practice. All because he was distracted by Gotak’s face.
It’s stupid, but Baku is serious. He legitimately cannot stop thinking about Gotak’s face. His best friend’s composed face that warmed up so softly whenever he smiled. Eyes that Baku suddenly began to see as pretty. Full eyebrows that form even the most subtle expressions that only Baku could fully read. Most of the time. Gotak had fluffy hair that Baku loved to rough up. Not only because he wanted to coax a reaction out of the other, but because sometimes he genuinely couldn't resist touching it and Gotak hadn’t cut his hand off for it yet, so Baku wouldn’t be stopping anytime soon. Then there were his lips. God, Baku could think about Gotak’s lips for hours.
Or
Baku comes to the realization that he might actually have a stupid crush on his best friend and doesn’t know how to act. Gotak is almost oblivious.
