Izuku knows his place in the world. It's under the boot of everyone else. He's been part of the broken system long enough to know never to expect much from anyone. As a quirkless orphan, he's less than useless - he's a hindrance. Still, he's alive, so he should avoid trouble.

Shouta is a hero that takes in the worst kids to give them a chance to fix their life. It doesn't always work, but it's his job. Students or fosters, he's usually just a passing teacher in their life.

Summary
Izuku slowly drifts towards the back edge of the building, as if drawn by some invisible force. He gazes down into the abandoned alley below, full of trash cans and rats most likely. Bakugou's words replay in his head, over and over again.
Take a swan dive off the roof.
For the first time in his life, Izuku doesn't overthink his decision.
Instead, he pivots on his heel, inching them closer to the edge. With outstretched arms, Izuku tilts his body backward.
He falls.
TLDR - Izuku decided to take Bakugou’s advice and attempts to kill himself, but the next day he wakes up unharmed and very confused.
