Whole thing is good.
Draco is paroled but not allowed a wand; moves out to the country and befriends muggle neighbors. (Angsty Ch 1)
Fugitive Lucius shows up in Ch 6; Draco reports it to the ministry - initially just because he fears returning to Azkaban, but Aurors also say he’ll get a wand back if he helps them.
Lucius attacks the farm in Ch 9 and Draco’s muggle neighbors refuse to be obliviated afterward. Draco tells the muggles about his past in Ch 10, and they accept him.
