Summary
After seeing the RE 7 and 8 (Village) I can't help but think some things need to be mildly tweaked. And by mildly tweaked I mean a complete rewrite where Mia gets yeeted out of the picture and one familiar Ex-cop helps a poor Engineer escape a living nightmare and then they become good friends. Somewhere along the line Chris and Claire help Ethan as much as possible and it'll be good I promise.
This is an AU in its own way, and it is also a rewrite of the story of 7 and 8. Plenty of references to the older games will be in here as our boy Leon S. Kennedy is going to make sure Ethan doesn't die on us. Again.

Summary
During a solo mission in Crocus, Lucy runs into Laxus months into his journey of self-discovery. He agrees to keep her company on the job, leading to them both being sucked through a magic portal and landing in Terra; a world of pirates and Devil Fruits. During their stay in the desert country of Alabasta, they run into the Straw Hats and help them stop the local civil war. In doing so, they receive a gift from Princess Vivi; an ancient celestial spirit Key, this one made of seastone.
Lucy doesn't understand what the Stone Keys mean or why they were left behind, but they're some how tied to their way home. Joining the Straw Hats, they set out to discover the truth and way home--even more so when Gajeel and Lily come looking for them without a plan of their own.

Summary
If Hikaru is a monster by the letter, then Yoshiki is a monster by nature.
This selfishness, this repulsiveness that he shamefully hides under a veneer of aloofness, is nothing but what he truly is at his core. For the longest time, he has made his absolute best effort to pretend otherwise, to turn his face from the truth, to portray himself as anything but what he truly is.
But by the same metric that Hikaru isn’t the same friend he spent his whole childhood with, Yoshiki is nothing but the culmination of everything he tries to conceal, and regardless of how much he tries to deny it, he knows himself better than anyone.
And if he can believe that there’s salvation for a monster like Hikaru , then surely there must be salvation, too, for a monster like Yoshiki.
Or: TSHD/JJK Crossover - Nobara and Megumi are sent to Kubitachi to exorcise a Curse and cross paths with Hikaru and Yoshiki.
