“Strengthening One for All and not dying at the hands of All for One?”
“Oh right, I forgot about that.”
Hikage gave him an incredulous look. “How-”“Hey Nana.” Yoichi said conversationally. “Do you happen to know if Eighth has a shellfish allergy?”

Denji was quickly snapped out of his thoughts and right back into reality as soon as he heard the sleepy "taking no shit" voice of his wife- 'Again, still feels weird to say-'. He did feel a little embarrassed, admittedly, cuz he didn't realize just how long he was actually staring at her, giving Asa time to wake up and point that out herself. Despite obviously having woken up, Asa's eyes remained shut, refusing to move another muscle past moving herself to turn around and have her back facing against Denji, kind of symbolic of how she wasn't gonna deal with this herself.

It was – it was bound to happen at some point. Denji’s fairly good-looking despite his often shaggy appearance, Aki’s not blind. It was inevitable that a girl would take a look at him and see past the blunt demeanor and the sweaty disposition, and give him a chance. That someone would come along and pick him up off the side of the road and attempt to give him a new shine. Which doesn’t explain why Aki feels sick all of a sudden.
