Sanji carefully stepped around the pomegranates (All sliced perfectly even, he took note with quiet interest), peering down on the foolish-looking swordsman, taking in his expression. His hair and most of his brow were covered up by the bandana, but the rest of his face was split open in a wide grin that was stretched almost unnaturally across his flushed face.
Zoro only needed to briefly glance up at him before dissolving into another fit of giggles, his mirthful eyes baring the slightest hint of yellow under the sun, “You- you-“ he tried to stutter out, but was just interrupted by more laughter.
or, what if Sanji stuck around a bit longer in Little Garden?

“You talk a good game,” says Zoro, “so how come I never see you leave with any of your conquests? Maybe you're doing it wrong.”
Just like that, Sanji's attention is back on him. “Apologies,” he says, shaking his head as if confused by the turn of the conversation, “I just don't accept criticism from someone who doesn't understand women, Marimo. But I could teach you a thing or two about them if you asked really nicely.”
“Like that weird names crap you've got going on? Is that serving you well?”
Sanji frowns. “What names?”
“Madam. Sweetheart. Gorgeous. Shit like that.”
“It's charming.”
“It's stupid.”
Zoro raises the drink to his mouth. Before he can feel the cold glass against his lips, though, Sanji intercepts it, removes it from Zoro's grasp and downs it in one go, and for a moment Zoro's too stunned to do anything but stare, wide eyes and lips parted in silent shock.
“Shit, Marimo, don't look so stricken, you'll make me feel bad. I'll get you another glass, yeah?” Sanji pats him on the shoulder and then winks at him as he starts making his way towards the bar. “Don't run away, lovely.”Or, three times Sanji uses a pet name for Zoro, and one time Zoro retaliates.

It all happens so fast.
His eyes are on the drinks for a second, careful not to spill them, when Luffy is suddenly in his personal space, pushing something down on Sanji’s head, and it’s heavy, and it’s metal, and Sanji screams.
----Or: A thoughtless gesture turns into Sanji having a breakdown and accidentally destroying Usopp's property. It's up to the crew to piece their cook back together.
