Sam thought things were finally looking up, Bucky was healing, finding his place in Louisiana, and for the first time in years, he wasn’t carrying the weight of the past alone. But then, the news breaks: James Buchanan Barnes has been found dead in a motel room, an apparent suicide. The world mourns, and Sam buries his best friend.
Except now Torres is at his door with irrefutable proof that something isn’t right. The reports don’t add up. But when Sam turns to his sister for support, Sarah only sees a grieving man in denial, desperate for a truth that isn’t there.
So what the hell is Sam supposed to do? Follow the trail of impossible clues and risk breaking himself apart for nothing? Or trust his gut, trust Bucky, and find out what really happened?
Because if Torres is right, then Bucky is out there somewhere. And whatever happened to him…it might be even worse than death.

Summary
After Hakoda’s crew get ambushed by a fire nation ship, he decides to get his men back after getting backup. Unknown to him, there was another with a similar plan. Zuko decided to take matters into his own hands after a corrupt portion of the fire nation navy takes and kills people from a village who gave him and the crew on the Wani supplies. Now that his scar has healed -mostly- the blue spirit brings a stop to it. Only for him to get hurt in the process.
Zuko still thinks the fire nation is right. But after watching innocent people get hurt for no reason then senseless violence, he begins to wonder. He has disobeyed and tried to protect others at his own cost, only to be met with pain. But how can he stand by and watch as others get hurt.

Summary
Alternative AU where Andrew escapes Drake’s abuse at fourteen and finds a not-so-temporary home with David Wymack.
Without spoiling too much, the story will touch on some very heavy topics such as sex trafficking, rape, and its aftermath. However, the story mainly focuses on Andrew’s healing throughout and asks the question of who Andrew could have become if he had never gone to juvie or been put on court-mandated medication.
Andrew will not be portrayed as a psychopath like some stories choose to portray him, but rather as a character who went through hell and is trying his best to survive it. The story will mainly focus on Andrew and Wymack’s relationship, as well as his gradual friendship with the Exy players and his growing love for the game. Neil and the other Foxes will appear later in the story, so if you’re looking for a major Andreil focus, this probably isn’t the story for you.
Lots of hurt, but also lots of comfort, because Nora really likes putting her characters through the worst and we all need a little comfort afterward.
(Btw, the title is a reference to “I Was Just a Kid” by Nothing But Thieves.)Currently updating 3-4 times a week

"So he's really paralyzed?" Simon asks.
"Oh? Uh, yeah." Grace turns back to Rocky's sleeping form and gestures broadly at him.
Rocky is curled at the bottom of his tunnel, legs at his sides, body resting on the ground.
Simon nods, looking uncomfortable. "So he won't interrupt."
"Nah, he can't, he's– huh?" Grace fumbles for his glasses in earnest now. His heart rate picks up, but he's sort of hoping he's wildly misinterpreting what he just heard.
"Sit back down." Simon growls as Grace goes to stand up.
Slowly, Grace sits back down on the floor. He looks Simon over again and realizes, with a panicked flutter in his stomach that quickly spreads through his limbs like ice water, that Simon is holding a razor blade.

Grace & Rocky decide to go check out an SOS call. It could have gone better. (Trust me, eventual codependent friendship all around.)

Summary
After ramming the sub straight into the Light, Simon wakes up on a strange spaceship with no memory of how he got there. The state of the Hail Mary -spacious, clean, bright and comfortable- can only lead to one conclusion: Simon has somehow been picked up by one of the highest-ranking leaders of the C.O.I.
Luckily, Dr. Grace doesn't seem to recognize him, buying Simon enough time to hatch yet another desperate plan for survival before his identity is discovered. In the meantime, Simon tries his best to stay in the man's good graces (no pun intended), but he's hardly known for his charming personality.
Both of them are in for a bumpy ride.
