Summary
There’s a new rumor in Hell. Usually, Alastor ignores the idle, incessant gossip of his fellow sinners, preferring instead to keep his finger on the pulse of power. This, however, is a rumor he can’t ignore.
Apparently, he and Vox are in a committed relationship.
And what’s worse, the wretched sinner who first spread the rumor is now threatening to destroy everything he’s ever fought for unless he plays along.

Summary
“Fine.” He held out his hand to Vox, whose excited smile had returned. “But I’m destroying it the moment I no longer have a use for it.”
Vox’s eyebrows knit together and his smile wilted for a split second, before his expression brightened once more, although it looked artificial and forced. He placed the phone in Alastor’s outstretched hand and he begrudgingly slipped it into his coat pocket.
“My contact’s already in there. Need me to show you how to use it,” Vox offered in a condescendingly teasing tone, a corner of his mouth lifted in a smirk.
“Oh no, I hardly think that will be necessary.” Alastor mirrored Vox’s smirk. “It must be a fairly simple-to-use device, given that even you can operate it.”
“Wow, thanks,” Vox flatly replied, rolling his eyes, but the small twitch of his lips gave away his amusement.____
Or: Vox is hurt and pissed that Alastor didn't tell him when he came back, so he insists they need to meet up and talk 'cause Vox has questions for Alastor. Then that leads to a whole lot more and them eventually repairing their friendship, plus a lil extra ;)

Summary
Alastor and Vox had slowly formed quite the friendship over the decades. Quality company was rare these days, and despite his initial standoffishness, Alastor actually now looked forward to the picture-box’s company. Not that he’d ever tell him that.
Vox, for his part, was head over heels in love with the untouchable Radio Demon. No one needed to tell him that telling Alastor was a terrible idea, so on his end, he swore to never tell him that.
They drink, they laugh, they enjoy each other’s company. Vox didn’t know what made him do it, he knew it was a bad idea. Maybe it was the uncharacteristic softness of Alastor’s expression. Maybe it was the way his ears, usually held proudly upright, drooped to either side in his drunkenness. Maybe it was the unfairly musical sound of Alastor’s laugh, at something Vox said, that made the storm in his chest absolutely churn. Maybe it was all of those things, but in a moment of hazy judgment, freer hands, and Alastor’s scent tickling his senses, Vox kisses him.
Alastor, to both of their shock, doesn’t… hate it.
He begins to learn a lot about himself.

“As Vox rushed out the door and shut it, Alastor dragged his hands over his face and up into his hair, pulling at it with a frustrated sigh. The sigh turned into an exasperated groan and he pressed the base of his palms against his eyes.
Stupid, stupid, romantic picture box.”
Trying to be a gentleman (Alastor likes those, right?) Vox keeps his hands to himself around his lover, even if it feels like he’s literally going to die from the aching want burning inside of him. Alastor just wants Vox to fuck him already, because this is starting to get rather frustrating.
