    Summary

“Wh- Are you real?” Casey blurts, clumsy. Master Leonardo, whatever he is, does not respond. He’s somehow taller than Casey remembers, a smoking (is that where the smell came from?) thing that seems to shackle over himself, connecting fingers with dents. No matter how Master Leonardo bends, his blank eyes never leave Casey’s, neck bending in horrific ways just to keep the contact. A smokestack, a bleeding out ghost-

    Ghost. Ghost.

His brain clings to the word. Ghost.

    Holy shit.

    ///

Or, in which Casey Jones has to deal with being surrounded by ghosts of the sorta-kinda dead (and so forward).

(Or, in which the author makes up mystic logistics and makes Casey a beacon between two worlds. This causes a little bit of overlap, and a lotta bit of grief.)

    (Haunted-Ghost au, baby!)

    Summary

"Don't blame Leo for trying," Raph piped up, a bit tense, and Donnie immediately bit down on his lip to stop himself from shouting in frustration. "We kinda can't ignore it, buddy. You're always doing… y'know."

Donnie glared daggers at him. Raph flapped his hand around in lieu of an explanation.

"How articulate of you," he ground out, trying not to sound too offended.

"Y'know," Raph repeated, intelligent as ever. "Your thing."

"Your ninpo," Mikey interjected. "You do that thing. I think Barry called it projecting? With your feelings."

Donnie's heart sank into his stomach.

    "I what?"

(or: despite his insistence, donnie doesn't actually function like a machine. he finds a way to try and change that.)

    Summary

Sonic has been alone dealing with the aftermath of Starfall Islands for a few weeks. He isn’t doing too good, but he refuses to reach out to anyone about the problems he won’t even address himself.

Sonic gets an opportunity to further distance himself from these problems when GUN requests his help with a mission. Although it takes some convincing from the commander himself, Sonic joins…

… as the Phantom Rider. No one other than the commander knows who’s underneath the helmet. Not even Team Dark— who Sonic is assigned to work with on this case— knows.

As they solve the mission together, can Team Dark figure out who they’re working with? Can Sonic keep his identity hidden?

Can Sonic finally face his problems head on?

Or, Sonic as Phantom Rider does a mission with Team Dark, shenanigans and angst ensue

Post-Frontiers, Issue #74 of IDW comics (but no further than that)

    Summary

Donnie can barely remember the last time the two of them had really talked.

…Never mind, yes, he can. Eugh.

His heartbeat thuds, dum-dum, dum-dum, in his ears.

Donnie says, “I invoke the Prisoner’s Dilemma Accords.”

Leo, who has graduated to actual tricks during his monologue, sends his cards to his left hand, a good two feet below his right, and claps them to a halt. As he squares the deck, his golden eyes dart up to meet Donnie’s, dagger-sharp.

In the aftermath of Mind Meld, Donnie and Leo revive a childhood tradition and try (not) to have a vulnerable conversation.

AKA: It’s time to swap secrets with your twin. Is the gun really necessary?
