    People dream of having a good life. Some people work hard and harder to get it; some believe it’s impossible to achieve it. Some don’t even know what a good life would feel like.

    Kirishima believes that he won’t ever know that answer. With how isolated and alone he is, life doesn’t look like it’ll get any better. The only thing that’s good is when the opioid finally reaches his brain and he feels weightless. Despite the blood that drips from his arm every time, he refuses to acknowledge it.

    This was the good life, wasn’t it? The one that Mina always wants him to ‘get out of his shell’ for?

    Whether or not his step-mother felt the same way, he doesn’t know and is too scared to find out.

    But he’ll get his answer soon. Even if he didn’t like the answer.
