Summary
The border between Camelot and Aquitane has been closed for decades. On one side, magic is evil and sorcerers hunted, on the other magic is unchecked, a natural part of every day life. Now on a diplomatic mission to see this land and discuss reopening trade and travel routes between the kingdoms, Arthur takes his knights and trusted servant Merlin into a land where magic runs wild and free.
In Merlin's mind, it could mean an end to the persecution of magic, and the end to the lies that have built up between him and Arthur. If perhaps the king of Camelot sees the wonder and good service of magic, he could come out of hiding and start healing the wounds Uther's reign had caused.But there are more dangerous secrets in Aquitane than either King Arthur or Legendary Emrys could ever foresee.

Summary
During the chaos surrounding the infinity gems, a variant of Loki got his hands on the Time Gem and the Tesseract. Thinking this was his ticket to fix everything, he cobbles together a package of hints and ciphers as quickly as he can before the attempt drives him insane and blasts it backward in time. Unfortunately, he was hardly in a fit condition to use such powerful magic properly. Certain his efforts were for naught, he never speaks of his actions.
In another universe, a depressed and drunk Adolescent Loki receives a strange package and resolves to set his life on a new path.
Time travel isn't impossible even if you don't have the Time Gem, but using it to change anything more than a few days past is widely considered the most effective way to go insane or ruin your life. So when Loki receives a package apparently from his future self he is understandably concerned. The Wheel of Time continues to turn, and whatever happens in this iteration of the universe, Loki will not ignore this herald of dangers to come.

Summary
Thor returns to Earth a month after the Chitauri invasion to keep his promises -- to see Jane again, and take her to see Asgard, even if the rainbow bridge is still undergoing repairs. Not that Jane is complaining about watching the repairs. But she wasn't expecting Loki to be haunting the palace library, even in psychiatric care; and Loki wasn't expecting to make friends with Thor's mortal girlfriend.
