Summary
After a multi-universal parasitic outbreak and an event called "The Collapse". Most of those infected have been detained and contained under the Universal Research And Protection Coalition (U.R.P.C.) with the remaining healthy scared and confused.
Most factions and governments entities pre-outbreak are either destroyed, dissolved, or assimilate into the U.R.P.C.
The infected are feared and has been dehumanized… and rightly so.
These are scraps of that ruined world.
