The idea is so horrifying that it stuns Charles into silence for a couple seconds. “I didn’t know that. Why didn’t I know that?”
Edwin’s shoulders tense. “The whole thing is bloody tragic enough as it is.”
Grabbing his wrist, Charles begins marching them back in the direction of the pond they used to get here.
Edwin doesn’t resist, but he does argue, because of course he does. “Charles, where are we going?”
“St. Hilarion’s. We’ve got a new case, don’t we?”

The Traveler is different, he isn't a residence of Teyvat and he will never be a resident of any world. The only reason why he's even here is due to a cube goddess who intercepted his and his sibling's path. It was not their fault that they flew up there, this was what they were born for, to go into worlds and explore them. Were they wrong? Should they have never gone there? How would they have know, they can't even fly anymore.
The lonely Traveler sits by the cliff, contemplates his life and wonders. Wonders in that blip of his apathy. If anything is worth it.
The constellation of his twin shines bright and Aether wants to go home.

Ranboo drags himself through the snow, burn wounds going up and down his body. His suit is crumpled, half of it discarded as he crawls along the ground. His eyes are firmly pressed shut, and he refuses to open them, just in case he sees him, Dream, again. Ranboo sobs as the snow melts on his skin, the water scalding him as it trickles down his arms and chest.

The ringing gets louder, louder, louder. Where is he? Where’s Tommy? What happened?
Or; Wilbur blew everything up. Tubbo’s left in the rubble of the aftermath, shouting his best friends name, begging the world to let him know that Tommy survived.
