Summary
"Before you freak out," Annette firmly assured, noticing Bryan's body language. "No, you will not mutate. You will be cured. However, the cure would need one last thing: a booster."
OR
Bryan gets the cure just in time, but it requires a very peculiar booster to ensure its success. Luckily, Leon is there to help save him. Whatever it takes.

Summary
"Where are they going?" Bryan asked. "Is that it? Is it, like, church? Bingo night? Did we just get saved by the bell?"
Leon didn't answer right away, mostly because he was grieving. He'd had the bingo joke loaded and ready since the first toll of the bell, and now a man in a hi-vis vest had walked up and stolen it from him in broad daylight.

Summary
Anyone who ever served under Leon S. Kennedy could tell you one thing, this man was a certified hard-ass. Tall, great build and killer eyes, there was a rumor circulating that one time he killed a man with his teeth, massacred someone's throat. He never smiled, never ate with everybody else, never let slide even a minor mistake. The most hellish thing he could do were his tasks, that were borderline impossible and if you didn't do them right he would yell that his wife could do it better with eyes closed.
A mystery wife that was never seen by anybody, nobody even knew her name but everybody knew that she was an officer's Kennedy pride and joy. He couldn’t go a day without mentioning her at least once.

Summary
“And I think you’re going into hypothermia…” Leon continues, his voice kept purposefully low and even as his eyes move over Bryan in a careful sweep.
“Bryan… my name’s Bryan,” he mumbles, almost reluctant to give even that much.
“Perfect, Bryan,” Leon says quietly. “If you don’t want to die of hypothermia,” he says, while those same hands move slowly to the front of his dark uniform and start undoing the first button with care.
Which, of course, only confuses Bryan more.
“You’re going to need to get out of those wet clothes and warm up.”
or; forty-two days into the apocalypse, the snow starts becoming a real problem for Bryan. Holed up in a convenience store, he’s sure his end is coming… until a stranger literally saves his life, twice.
