Slowly, step by step, he moved to the window. His hands shook as he undid the latch and pulled it open. Cold night air spilled in.
Empty.
He swallowed. Forced a laugh. See? Nothing. Just you, being jumpy. Just shadows. You’re stronger than this.
Then—
“Midoriya..”
The voice.
His blood ran cold. His lungs locked.
It wasn’t real. It couldn’t be real.
______________________The war may be over, but Izuku Midoriya can’t escape the ghosts it left behind. Nightmares, doubt, and a new villain who twists fear into reality threaten to break him all over again.
But Bakugo refuses to let that happen.

Katsuki Bakugo wakes up missing three years.
He remembers the war. He remembers being a hero. He remembers Deku.
He does not remember marrying him.
The apartment feels wrong. The ring on his finger feels wrong. The life everyone tells him belongs to him feels like it was built by someone else, for someone else.
So Katsuki does the only thing that makes sense to him.
He leaves.
Izuku Midoriya is left behind with a marriage Katsuki no longer remembers choosing and a love he cannot force him to feel again. He knows Katsuki is scared. He knows this isn’t simple. He knows none of it is fair.
But knowing doesn’t stop it from breaking him.
Katsuki may have lost the memories that made him Izuku’s husband, but leaving doesn’t make the pull between them disappear. It only forces them to face the question neither of them can answer.
Can Katsuki Bakugo fall in love with Izuku Midoriya twice?

"Okay, I brought us some Vitamin Water and a couple of Jell-O cups. Which flavor do you want, Kacchan?" Izuku entered the room, using his Black Whip to carry the items. The moment he spoke, the steady beep of Katsuki's heart monitor quickened.
"Kacchan?" Izuku's brow furrowed in concern.
A slow, faint smile spread across Katsuki's face. "Sup?”

Izuku’s mouth went dry, and he nearly felt like he was going to pass out. His voice was wobbly and quiet, in surprise and something else he couldn’t name.
“W-What…?”
“I want,” Katsuki said, taking a step closer, “to fuck you.”
All Izuku could do was stare at him. His heart pounded and his lip trembled, too shocked to do anything but sit there helplessly.
Katsuki palmed his obvious erection, his black pants doing absolutely nothing to hide how big he was. It was as enticing as it was intimidating, both its size and how shamelessly he touched himself.
“Take off your pants.”
It wasn’t a question, but a demand. And, like always, Izuku obeyed him.
