“Why are you on the roof of your building then?” Barnaby rolled his eyes, what was he, five?
“Because I am.” He stepped forward, “But you, you’re a wanted man. Shouldn’t you be hiding in some dark hole like all the other vigilantes?”
Tiger let out a strangled laugh, rocking back on the balls of his feet, “I mean I don’t know if I’m that attractive.”
“Not that type of wanted, old man.” Barnaby rolled his eyes once again. He took back every nice thing he thought of the man. He was an annoyance.
“Ah well, I haven’t been caught yet so…”
“ Yet, that’s the keyword.”
“Alright, then what’s stopping you from activating your hundred power and turning me in right now?” Tiger gestured wildly.
“There are no cameras.”

Summary
- Vegeta, the King of the Saiyans, bent down to his birthday present. "What's your name?" Fuck you!, Son Goku mentally replied to him. This garden gnome could pretend to be arrogant, he would not intimidate him! -
Earth was conquered and Son Goku is presented to Vegeta as a gift. Vegeta, intrigued by this peculiar Saiyan who has no idea of his actual origins, tries to teach him about his race and its laws. Son Goku, put off by the intrigues, power games and rough ways of the Saiyans, doesn't want to know anything about it. But everything changes when he faces Vegeta in a duel and they meet on a completely different level than king and birthday present. Fascination awakens, on both sides. But will this stand up to the power games at court? And the threat coming towards the Saiyans?

“Damn it Nappa, watch where you're fighting!”
Vegeta scowled as he brushed off his clothes, glaring at the fighting figures through the dust cloud.
Just to his left side Vegeta spotted the scouter lying in the dirt, knocked aside. Vegeta was thinking of what he would do to Nappa if he ended up breaking his scouter, when his thoughts were interrupted by the display on it. The scouter had detected something. A high power level. It looked to be about twenty minutes away.
“If it’s just Kakarrot then let him get here.” Nappa dismissed him. “I wanna see the look on his face when he finds his kid dead!”“...on second thought Nappa, I think I’ll go meet Kakarrot myself.”
