Tim may be new to this whole being a brother thing, but he knows when his older brother is suffering and it doesn't take a genius to link Dick's spirals to the rain that always shows up around those times. He doesn't know much but he knows this: he won't let Dick suffer alone. Even if all he can do is annoy him out of feeling miserable.

Jason’s abrupt laugh breaks the stillness of the vicinity which is unfortunately followed by Damian sneering, “Oh please, Drake, anytime you speak I have to wonder if there’s any reason you still stick around-” but Jason just interrupts with, “Hey Tim what do you think of Damian?” with glee on his face.
Tim just tiredly stares at the wall before automatically, “I think he’s annoying, but I also think he’s really adorable when he’s playing with his animals or drawing and thinks he’s alone and acts like normal person instead of putting up a strong facade that he was forced to cultivate in such an abusive environment,” everyone stares at him for a second seconds in surprise and Damians specifically has wide eyes,
“Unfortunately, due to his maltreatment towards me, I end up with a lot of intrusive thoughts around him and now when I see him in the corner of my eye I get super angry and defensive due to paranoia he’ll try to kill me again. But then I think about how with one call I could accept Ra’s continual attempts to make me his Queen and then I would be his Grandmother and the idea of that really cracks me up.”

Summary
Dick, Jason, and Damian realize that Tim’s time as Robin—and his relationship with Bruce— isn’t what they thought it was.
Inspired by a tumblr post by anxi04 "Tim and Bruce have an odd relationship to the rest of the family. They don't act like father and son, but its seems like they have a "deeper" bond than the others."
And a post by uranium-glass-dice, "Imagine trying to get your teenage son to go to bed when he's been putting your ass down for naps for like, years, by that point."
All relationships are platonic.

Batman.
Batman lived right next door. Batman surely had a generator, or at least a fireplace and wood, or some way to get warm.
Batman took care of kids, and Mr. Wayne was really nice. He would at least let Tim warm himself back up. Maybe he could even stay just until the power came back on.
It was worth a shot.

The thing is, as amazing as it is to personally know the world’s best detective and both of his sidekicks, it does mean every plan Tim has ever made for how to make a good impression on his biggest heroes is useless. He’s already made first impressions. And none of them were good!
You ever just been chilling in front of the news and found out your beloved babysitter/cool older friend, his idiot dad, and his little brother are your personal vigilante idols? Neither has Tim, but turns out there really is a first time for everything. Now he just has to figure out two things: how it's even possible for Bruce Wayne to be Batman, and how he'll survive dinner at Wayne Manor when he knows his hosts are Gotham's heroes.
Part of 73 Votes AU, stories set in a kinder, gentler timeline than DC gave us where Jason Todd was saved just in time and Tim Drake entered his found family a few years early (see notes below).
