Summary
One late evening after planning for the winter frost, Clarke kisses Bellamy softly before leaving his quarters.
It's quite a surprise to them both. Not because it's never happened, but because they broke up a few months before.
They should probably just talk about it rather than mutually pining, right?

Tumblr Prompt: I saw you trying to hit the “door close” button in the elevator but I made it in and then I pushed every single button to make you later for work, but now we’re stuck in this fucking elevator as it stops at every single floor and I don’t know what to say other than “you started it” AU

A You’ve Got Mail AU: When Clarke Griffin of the Griffin Books corporate superstore opens a new location near Bellamy Blake's small bookstore, Oedipus Texts, they hate each other on principle. Little do they know, they’ve been anonymously communicating with --and falling for-- each other on reddit for the past several months.
Can you really know (and fall in love with) someone that you've just been messaging online? What will happen when they learn each other's true identity?

Summary
Clarke Griffin is a make-up artist, and Bellamy Blake is one of the models she works with frequently. There is flirtatious banter, misunderstandings, and *gasps* the fake dating trope! The story takes place over the span of a couple months, but there are flashbacks to when they first met, became friends, etc. Also, he calls her princess a lot... if you're into that kinda thing.

Summary
Ilya Rozanov is many things—a pain in Shane Hollander’s ass, hockey’s biggest playboy, a better chirper in his second language than most people are in their first, the only player who can challenge Shane for the title of “best of his generation.” But when Shane and Ilya get stuck next to each other on a long-delayed flight to the MLH Awards, Shane realizes something else about him: Ilya Rozanov is hot.
***
Shane and Ilya never hooked up at the CCM shoot. Seven years later, they end up on the same flight from New York City to Las Vegas.

Summary
Ilya had a good life in Canada. He had a well-paying job he could do from home, a big, beautiful house in the suburbs, a beautiful wife with her own life and ambitions. Really, he had only one issue in his life. His bratty, disrespectful, obstinate stepson.

Summary
“What is there to talk about?”
“What’s there to talk about?!” Hollander scoffed, shaking his head. “You’re playing for my fucking team!”
“I know.”
“Why did you have to go and get traded?! You realise we’re going to have to see each other every day from now on, and play together, and-”
“Yes,” Ilya interrupted. He didn’t want to know how long Hollander’s list was. “I know.”
Hollander took a deep breath. “Okay, listen,” he said. “Just so we’re clear - we don’t know each other outside of playing against each other, right?”
“Right.”
“And we can’t- can’t hook up anymore.”
~
OR: Ilya gets traded to Montreal in October 2014. He's lonely, and angry, and he misses Boston. He doesn't know if it helps that Hollander is there or not.

Summary
"Why are you not scared?"
"I am scared," Ilya admits. "I just am tired. Of hiding me. Of hiding you. Of hiding how much I love you. I want to go to the rink— how do you say it? Authenti."
"Authentically," Shane supplies, automatically.
"Yes. Authentically. I want to go to the rink authentically, as me," Ilya confirms.
Ilya looks at Shane, pauses until Shane meets his eyes. "I want to say: I, Ilya Rozanov, love a man, and that man's name is Shane Hollander."
