Techno starts correctional school, which starts out alright but goes downhill before he even realises its too late to back out. He's dying every other day and it seems like no one likes him, and oh, he's suddenly a key component in a bet and fighting for his life.
You can't kill an immortal, but you can make them wish they could be.

"What?" she asks flatly, going for uninterested, eyes narrowing in suspicion.
The guy's eyes meet hers. Coffee brown like his hair. He breaks eye-contact, more to take the attention of himself than actual embarrassment. "The hell did you put in yours?"
Tram glances at his bowl - white, cold, flavourless mush - then at her own - slightly browner, cold, and very vaguely sweet mush.
"Sugar and cinnamon," she replies, against her better judgement. Sue her, maybe some conversation will make the oatmeal slightly more bearable.

“Remember when I knocked over the decanter of wine during mass?”
“I remember. You cut your hands on the broken glass. They made you clean it up.”
“They told me that the blood on the ground wasn’t mine, but God’s. Every drop… every stain… all of his. All for him.”
John took in a shuddering breath. His hands were shaking so badly he dropped his cigarette. He didn’t see it past the dried blood beneath his nails, entrenched into the grooves of his palms where Garcia hadn’t had the chance to properly wipe them.
“Oh God, Lisa, there’s so much blood on the ground.”

[REDACTED]: Tram, was it?
Tram’s expression twitches, as though she’s been caught in a lie. She quickly smiles.
TRAM: That’s what it says on the file, doesn’t it?

houseki no kuni inspired seasons :O
Winter would rather deal with his problems by himself. He’s just a private person like that, alright? It’s too bad that Spring and Summer don’t really care…
At least the cake is good?

Summary
“No it’s- My apologies. He’s just-” Mariah cut herself off, her gaze and hatred for him stinging as their eyes met. The brown pools held enough hostility behind them that he could feel a headache starting.
Tommy settled back in the shitty leather chair that was probably older than he was, picking at the frayed outer layer as he half-assed listened to her. He knew what she was going to say about him. It’s what everyone said.
Because it was true.
“He’s a problem child.”
