Her first memory within this new world was that of a tiny, pudgy hand in her own and a larger boy’s in her other. Regulus Black was to her left, curled into her side as if there weren’t spaces upon spaces of their expensive crib, and Sirius Black above her. Hanging precariously over the side and on his tippy toes with a mesmerizing smile, she never thought he, or at least the character he, was capable of making. It stretched when she squeezed two of his fingers.
My big brother. She stared at him, amazed, our big brother.
To someone who passed away alone, his love was a balm to her tired soul. To someone who knew of his best qualities, his inert bravery and loyalty, she thought it only fair to return it hundreds-fold.

In the year 1857 AC the journal of the king that solidified the rule of the Baratheon dynasty was found. The surprisingly frank and direct journal entries give Dr. Hedda Barath a rather unique insight in what life was in Westeros 1500 years ago.
With growing unease, I note that the so venerated Maesters at Oldtown have started to adjust the events of my reign in a nearly utopian narration. Gone are the mistakes I made in my reign, gone are the hunger and thirst, the blood and the sickness, only the glory and honorable deaths are left. Nothing of the cravenness in my own ranks, instead the only ones that were craven were my enemies. Men and women that stood opposite me are demonized into fantasy. Which means that this discussion has moved from unstable ground to the narrowest sliver of already-cracked ice.

Which made sense because Calypso knew an Emperor had no reason to be on a rookie crew's submarine. But that did not explain why the other looked so much like Red Haired Shanks.
Shamrock was not sure why his Father had allowed Bonney to live when she was a bastard child with Figarland blood running through her veins. Her survival, however, meant that he could get to know her. Could bond with a potential sibling that did not renounce him the moment he met him like Shanks had done. The problem was, that she was dying and Vegapunk was an option Shamrock had no wish to pursue. Fortunately for him, the Ope-Ope no Mi's user was no longer lost.
Law would just want to know why he is suddenly being kidnapped by someone bearing an uncanny resemblance to an Emperor of the Sea.
