Summary
A story of incredible loss, and then what comes after.
'Aren't you gonna lay down?' Bonecrusher signs. 'It's late.'
"Oh we can't," says Mixmaster from where he's tucked up under Long Haul's arm.
'The frag not?' signs Bonecrusher. 'Don't tell me you ain't tired?'
Mixmaster gestures slowly but dramatically at their laps. Across them, stretching from Long Haul's left thigh and over both of Mixmaster's, is a bright white and dark black shape that contrasts sharply with all of their paint.
'Okay? So wake him up, or pick him up, or whatever?'
"He's fast asleep," whispers Mixmaster, aghast. "We can't. What if he gets up and leaves?"
'Let him leave?!' This is ridiculous.
"You know, I think we're fine. More than fine, really."
Bonecrusher swings around to squint at Scavenger. 'And what's your excuse?'
Scavenger gestures at the itty bitty overlap of a single white foot on the edge of his thigh.
Bonecrusher is in a sparkbond with absolute clowns.

Prowl says that like it somehow diminishes it instead of enhances it, so Scavenger shakes his head. [I picked you.]"You didn't know anything about me," Prowl tells him. "At best, you could pity me."
[I got lucky,] Scavenger has a better argument, [and lucked out picking the best possible guy.]
Prowl scoffs.
Scavenger squeezes him. [I love you. A lot.]

Ch 100 "Early Access"
116 Long Haul reaches down to grab him around the midsection, and then throws him easily up over a shoulder - the casualness of picking up
135 Hoist bobs his head like he's willing to grant them that point. "Then," he says, "there's the matter of payment."The Constructicons steel themselves.
"This here," Hoist waves the letter, "says you're willing to concede one of our buildings was of superior design and structural integrity to any of your own."
Hook nods silently. Bonecrusher has to repress the urge to vomit. Scavenger cringes just to hear the words aloud.
"I'll do it for three," Hoist tells them viciously.

Summary
Officially, the Coruscant Guard were a collection of specially-produced batches of Clones designed and trained for Military Police work, collected together to defend the Military and Political infrastructure of Coruscant. To the Senate, the Jedi, and the Public, they are a constant reminder of how much the war has consumed the daily life of the Republic. To the GAR, they're some warped mirror of their Brothers, enforcing strict regulations and uncaring for their own struggles.
Unofficially, the Coruscant Guard are the willing tools of the Sith, trained since they were decanted or pulled from the ranks of the GAR to be loyal not to the Republic, but to the Dark Lords. To the Guard, everyone else are ignorant fools who don't see what's right in front of their faces.
All of these viewpoints are, in some way, correct. And where there is a shared truth, there is overlap. And where there is overlap, there is potential for change.
(The Coruscant Guard are born, bred, and raised Sith. Now if only everyone else didn't try and bridge the gap.)

69 - Its neck turned at a weird angle, eyes narrowing into slits that stared right into him. But that smile remained, targeting him like a cat eager to catch its prey now that the door of the birdcage had been left open. It stood to its full height, and Tokoyami could feel its shadow even from a distance.

96 It wasn’t finished by any means. Another work in progress like the rest in this section. But it was a bird – a crow maybe? It was all black, though it no longer had any feathers. Its bottom half was crushed, as though it was run over, and tubes ran throughout. In actuality, it didn’t seem any different than the rest, but it felt more unsettling than the others he’d encountered. From its dim yellow eyes to its slightly hooked beak, he found it difficult to look away. It wasn’t until Dark Shadow spoke up that it clicked.Hey. It kinda looks like me.
Tokoyami stepped back from the glass containment with a sharp intake of breath. I don’t like it.
-Tokoyami appraised the compiled data in much the same way he would his old math homework. That was to say, he wasn’t very confident he was understanding it. “So then… how exactly does this help you?”
-“I detest your existence,” Tokoyami said coldly.
99 Tokoyami raised a hand to his neck, only to discover that it was bare. Looking down, he retraced his line of sight back to his pillow. Resting upon it, impossibly battered and worn, was his trademark red choker. He picked it up for inspection, and found that the clasp that held the wrapping together had finally broken completely.
104 Above them, Dabi had begun ranting again. “Now that I’m here, I can at least kill you, Shoto! And anyone that gets in my way, do you hear me?!”Tokoyami dipped his beak next to Todoroki’s head. “He won’t actually kill me,” he whispered hoarsely. Todoroki gave him an exasperated look, dubious of his claim. No doubt he could see just how many burns adorned him, including the most recent ones peeking out from the bandages around his neck. “He’s already tried. I don’t think he has the heart to go through with it.” Tokoyami couldn’t possibly explain the extent of his history with the fiery villain in that brief moment, but Todoroki seemed to understand.
“The Bandit King’s blood flows through me!” And all over the ground. -
