Description:

Jack/femShep slight AU (later Jack/femShep/Samantha). It started with the question of how Shepard deals with all the pressure she's under and went from there. The title fic sets it up, the rest is weaving it into the storyline after that.

Notes:

ME2 Timeline: Lair of the Shadow Broker > Collector Ship > Arrival > IFF MIssion > Legion: A House Divided > Suicide Mission

I've taken liberties with biotics, particularly no blue glow.

The overall sequence of events follows canon, it's mostly the relationships that go off the map, especially as I'm getting into ME3. After The Hookup it veers towards explicit kink, so if that's not your thing watch the tags.

I'm not writing everything in chonological order, but I'm making an effort to maintain flow and continuity so I may make small tweaks here and there. Shouldn't have a major impact on the content.

A portrait of my Shepard during ME3, if you care about such things. (Mods used include Mat's Femshep Textures, Morning's Shorter Hairstyles for Femshep, and the Appearance Modification Menu.)
