Summary
Athena goes to Zeus in private to request Odysseus's freedom. Instead of striking Athena, Zeus offers her a deal. He will release Odysseus from Ogygia if Athena agrees to spend a year as a mortal in Odysseus's palace. With little say in the matter, she accepts.
On Ithaca, Athena awakes in the body of a 12 year old servant, specifically an orphan servant with a reputation for poor performance. Which is good because Athena has no idea what she's doing and doesn't have much time to learn. Suitors have infected the palace, Telemachus is waiting for divine help that will never come, and Odysseus will be home in two weeks. She has a lot of work ahead of her, and it won't end when Odysseus retakes his throne.

Summary
The stories of the past always fascinated you. Particularly, stories about how ancient people saw the world, how they interpreted what was happening and why. This is what led you to Greek mythology. Now, you never believed in Greek mythology, or any religions to be honest. But honoring it brought comfort to you. Or maybe it was just doing weird rituals, to be honest. You were still doing weird rituals before you got into mythology. But either way, this is what led you to the incident. One moment, you are worshiping your wizard Furby that you jokingly call "The Oracle", and the next you find yourself in Mount. Olympus, home of the gods.
A/N: I don't usually write straight people so we'll see how long it takes before I cave and Y/N starts crushing on all the goddesses
Edit: sooo this is something I wrote on wattpad, but I'm trying to expand my horizons a bit more so I got an ao3 account. I figured I would post my fanfics on here as well since I also did that with quotev. However, this is a bit harder because I find using ao3 a bit confusing as of now but I WILL endure. Then he ended up in conversation with some random older guy, Antinous. By the end of the night, he had gotten the man’s number. Peisistratus thought it was gross and creepy, Neoptolemus thought it was funny, but Telemachus was just mildly amused.
