Summary
Prince Zuko and Lieutenant Jee are sent on a mission to recover what remains of the Southern Raider ship abandoned near the Southern Water tribe. The war has been over for nearly three decades and reparations, recovery efforts, records and political prisoners are still being managed in the aftermath. Zuko has made it his mission to help his Uncle in this endeavor and with a trusted crew, they've spent the last eight years traveling from the Fire Nation to the South Pole to help bring peace to the world.
This mission should have been no different, until they discover the secret behind what led to the Southern Raider's sudden mysterious demise shortly before the end of the war. To dig up the sin's of his countrymen, Zuko indulges in a few guilty sins of his own as he and Jee encounter creatures beyond myth and fall into the desperate clutches of three very hungry predators.

This is sort of a riff off of my fic Chained with Sokka and Zuko both aged up to 25 and a 'what if the war was worse and we made vampires a thing'. There is plot, if you squint but its mostly porn between Bato/Hakoda/Jee and Sokka/Zuko.-

Left to tend his ship and crew alone, the men mutiny when Zuko forces them to sail into the bitter cold of the South Pole, and Zuko must find a way to survive on his own if he hopes to find the Avatar. Help comes from a strange spirit, but it comes with a price.

After escaping from the clutches of Zhao and his cruelty, Nao, Sokka, and Zuko make their way through the Earth Kingdom. Determined to live in Ba Sing Sae until Katara and Aang find them, Zuko and Sokka navigate new feelings and discover truths about themselves now that they are able to live a life of somewhat normalcy.
