Them, on a Thursday morning at Walgreens, the day Mickey comes with his husband to pick up the pills from the new prescription his shrink gave him barely thirty minutes ago.

The pharmacist’s voice is cheerful. She uses his first name, like they do at Starbucks.
He confirms his name and date of birth distractedly. When he lays the letterhead paper on the counter, he re-read the words written on it. He knows them by heart, without hating them.
"Extended-release medication."
It means one dose a day instead of three for the same effect."

Story takes place Durring The Hunger games The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes in an alternate timeline where TWD apocalypse happened (post Main series ending including FTWD and World Beyond spin offs) with characters from Dying light 1, The hungergames movies/books, 13 Reasons why, and Shameless incorporated into the plot Along with TWD Universe characters I didn’t think deserved their fates in the shows. The perspective follows main characters Lucy Gray and Coriolanus Snow, with some changes in perspective depending on the chapter. For context The story stays the same as the movie up until right before Coryo catches Sejanus talking to Lil outside the capitol jail But a horrific revelation comes to light changes their fates forever. The world fell and Panem was created as a plan to fix the world by the military and Government members in secret incase of an apocalypse. One massive city and 13 districts. Offcourse walkers exist in this universe so people in the districts and the capitol military/ Wealthy/ gov learned to kill walkers as they do in the walking dead series.
