It’s Christmas time, everybody has somebody who loves them, somebody they can go home to. House is alone, and everybody knows it, aside from his best friend (Wilson) who has he really got? The pain has been getting worse, the pills are barely touching it anymore, sleep is non-existent at this point. House’s mind is cracking and he knows it's going to break; he's a doctor of course he knows. Still, he doesn’t tell anyone, not even Wilson. House is tired, so over it. House is just done…
