Summary
After the events of "Dispatch" Things have taken a strange turn when an unstoppable winter takes hold of LA and most of southern California. The inexplainable weather phenomenon has left Torrence and its surrounding neighborhoods scrambling for some semblance of normalcy. Robert's heat has been out all month, and in his typically stubborn Robert way, he'd determined to tough it alone. Unfortunately, with the reemergence of an old flame -- or rather -- icicle, Robert is faced with the reality of how badly he needs support.

Robert blinked, now visibly confused. “What? No one’s firing you, we just want to know where your head’s at. Believe it or not, but we do care about you. I don’t know if the past few months have been any indication or not.”
Something in Prism pinched. She kept her glare up, Robert kept his deadpan stare up, and Robert won. Prism shot out of her chair and shoulder checked him as she stormed out of the conference room.

Flambae suddenly comments casually, gaining a confused noise from the woman sitting beside him.
”He looks like he’s about five seconds from puking.”

Needless to say, that sick feeling was not just his nerves spiraling as Robert collapses to the ground, throwing up whatever he’d managed to eat from his meal, and probably whatever was left from the drinks and the ramen cup from earlier today.
”Ew, what the hell Robert?! You clearly aren’t fine!”
Visi sounds a little panicked now and he could feel couple others check on him too, with Malevola offering him a napkin to wipe his face. Punch Up was crouched beside him - perhaps not necessary with how short he was but anyway - asking if he needed to go to a hospital or something.
”Bitch got a concussion, don’t need a doctor to spell out the obvious.”

Robert's chronic pain is flaring up more often as the weather starts getting cooler. While juggling weeks mixed with dispatching and field work, now that he's Mecha Man again, it's proving to be pretty difficult to ignore.
However, a certain flaming asshole starts taking notice. His favors start to make Robert realize something and also force the two of them to confront the history that haunts them both before whatever this is starts to become an option.

Summary
To celebrate the Z-Team's success after Shroud was killed, they have a night out at a karaoke bar. The fun catches up to Robert, who ends up more intoxicated than he meant to be. Luckily, Flambae is there to help Robert get somewhere safe for the night. However, afterwards, Flambae becomes standoffish towards Robert, who can't remember a majority of the night of the party. He runs into Flambae a few days later at the gym, where things certainly heat up.
Basically, Robert drunkenly confesses a few things that leave Flambae confused, they clear things up in the gym locker room.

To Robert's terrible misfortune, that happens to be him. Now, he not only has to learn how to handle a supremely compromised Flambae, but survive the onslaught of ridicule from the rest of his team of ex-villains.
Robert has been through all sorts of bullshit before, but even this is new to him. Hopefully, he can weather the storm and get the old, bitchy Flambae back before the HR violations stack so high, they'll kill him if (or when) they come crashing down.
