Summary
Jules dies after not being able to wake up from the coma, the wounds were too severe for his body to withstand, but he was not ready to die, to leave everything he loved behind, to leave his loved ones with a wound to heal.
In his last moments he wishes there was something he could do to be there for them, despite asking, he didn't expect to be able to stay, he didn't expect his last wish to come true.
Now that he can be with them, he watches each one struggle, but always wonders if he is doomed to watch them suffer, until he finds his purpose in all of this.

Aryton choked.
There it was, the mess of curls in all its french glory. The shorter man’s hands were wrapped around him, tight—tighter than whatever professional colleague should hug their coworker—not to mention whatever tense relationship they had with each other. He heard the click of cameras and saw the flashes of light out of the corner of his eyes. Oh lect, the reporters.
“Prost, Prost—” Aryton tried to snap his partner out of whatever funk this was. “What are you doing—”
A hand went to his face. What? It brushed against his eyes, then his nose, and landed on his lips. “You sound like him too.”
Ayrton grabbed the frenchman’s hand. “What the trock is wrong with you Prost?!”
