Bruce is late into the sixth month of his accidental pregnancy with Clark’s pup. Having gone most of his Omega years believing himself to be infertile, he and Clark were never careful when they shared their respective heats and ruts together. But something had shifted in Bruce’s biology, be it fate or Clark’s own alien biology, whatever it was, Bruce was now pregnant, and he wasn’t enjoying it.

Clark was quiet, taking a slow sip of the coffee. Batman is pregnant. His best friend is pregnant.
(Or, Bruce ends up pregnant after a night of passion with a stranger and now has to deal with it all alone. Or at least that's what he thinks. His friends would do anything to make sure he was okay.)
