"What do you say, Jayce?" Viktor offered him his hand, an impish smile still dancing on his lips. "Will you spend your break catching up on sleep, or will you help me win an underground robot fight?"
Jayce grinned. "What do you think?" And he shook his hand with as much certainty as he did when he let him in on the Hextech project.
Viktor's hand was small in his grip, but in no way gentle. It bared callouses from years of tinkering with metals and scraps and had the intense precision to snap chalks in a single snap. It was still rather soft, though, and cold. It sparked a somewhat delirious thought in Jayce's mind, a will to hold onto it just a second longer if it meant making Viktor even a touch warmer.

After several months of nonstop work on the Hextech project, Jayce and Viktor finally get a three-day vacation.
