Really, it's not incorrect, because every Tuesday since Steve moved into the Tower after the Battle of New York, Tony has dragged Steve out into the city to discover something new. Through Tony, Steve has come to love the 21st century – Steve just hopes that Tony can do the same for Bucky. Even after the reveal of the Soldier being responsible for the deaths of Tony’s parents – Bucky is part of life in the Tower.
And now he’s let himself be dragged on a Tony Tuesday.

Summary
The super soldier serum had a strange quirk to it that didn’t become evident until Bucky came out of the cryo-chamber. The Winter Soldier, who Tony had viewed as the ultimate alpha from both myth and their Siberian battle, was the anomaly in a drug intended to create the perfect weapon. But unlike Steve, who morphed from a tiny hidden omega into the stubborn and obnoxious but textbook alpha of today, the serum had adapted in the Winter Soldier to allow full compliance to what Hydra wanted of him. The Winter Soldier had become the very definition of an omega.
However, when Tony Stark decides to assist with his technology, the results show that Bucky Barnes is determined to abide by no standard.

You’d feel absolutely cherished.” Yes, Tony had a lot of faults, but lack of dedication to a partner, when he actually had a partner—which, admittedly, had been rare—was not one of them.
“Oh good,” Wong said, hanging up the phone and handing it back to Tony. “You two can be a wonderful, devoted couple for the next year.” He clapped his hands together with a sense of dooming finality. “Congratulations on the marriage.”

Tony learned from a young age that the best thing about an alpha was that they were easy to manipulate. They always thought they were in control and Tony liked to prove them wrong while getting his own way.
Loki was the first alpha who hadn't fallen for any of his gambits, which made him a little bit fascinating and very annoying, especially considering he was an enemy.
