Essentially this is a collection of poetry I've made so far. It mostly reflects my mind when it's feeling weak or flimsy, sometimes dealing with suicidal thoughts either bluntly stated or hinted at (hence the teen and up cat) and uhhh yeah. Just a peek into my head.

Summary
This was a short story made as kind of the background for a short film my friends are doing for class. It follows a girl named Luci and her last day or so alive in a zombie apocalypse. I honestly have no idea how to summarize it and I'm posting this on a complete whim lol, please let me know if I should add any more tags then the ones I have!

“Yes,” one of the leaders Dick didn’t recognise agreed, eyeing Dick as he said it.
Bruce pulled the hood of Dick’s sweatshirt down, letting them all see who he was. Dick could feel his heart pounding against his ribcage, and he felt absolutely ill standing there. He closed his mouth to keep himself from vomiting. He had a feeling he knew why he was there.
To add to the gifts for the king. He didn’t know if it was the king of Tamaran, or whatever alien nation this ship came from, but either way, he wanted nothing to do with them. Yet, that didn’t matter, as Dick was legally under Bruce’s care, and if Bruce was saying that Dick would be among the king’s gifts, then Dick would be among the king’s gifts. Still, he felt sick knowing that he was worth noting more than just one more treasure to add to a tribute.

Simon gets thrown into Project Hail Mary because he deserves to be taken care of after the ending in Iron Lung. (basically, in other words. Simon and Grace act stupid, made everyone in Erid their spectators of their stupidity)

Summary
Feng Xin jolts as if he hears a ghost. He jolts in a way that he's torn whether or not he should believe that it might be Xie Lian he's talking to. Like he's more afraid of the fact that it might be Xie Lian, than not. Like he cannot hope that it’s Xie Lian. “Dianxia?”
The sound of that name hangs in the air as if both a prayer and a curse. For a moment, Xie Lian is frozen in place and his heart races at the weight of Feng Xin's gaze upon him, like it threatens to crush him under its scrutiny.
“...” Xie Lian hesitates. “You can hear me?”
Feng Xin’s voice trembles with uncertainty. Xie Lian doesn’t miss the flicker of hope dancing in his eyes, the flicker of hope that comes with fear in daring to believe in something that may never come to pass. “Your highness, is that you?”
Xie Lian refuses to respond.
Xie Lian never finds his way back to Feng Xin and his parents after being pierced by a hundred swords. And like the loyal bodyguard that Feng Xin is, he takes care of Xie Lian’s memory in the most familiar way he knows.
